The letter purported to have been issued by the Buganda Kingdom surfaced on April 14 a day after the King appeared in public for his birthday celebration looking frail.

We have confirmed from the Kingdom that the letter is fake and the Prime Minister Charles Peter Mayiga is performing his duties normally and he even addressed a press conference on April 15 in Bulange Mengo.
